Terms of Service
Sinzel LLC policies and information.
About these terms
These terms describe the website and digital services offered by Sinzel LLC, doing business as Sinzel Studio ("Sinzel Studio," "we," or "us"). Project-specific scope, payment schedules, and special conditions are confirmed in the accepted quote, invoice, or written agreement. An accepted written agreement controls if it contains different project-specific terms.
Website design packages
Essential — $100. A complete one-page website (up to 4 content sections) with full English and Spanish translation, mobile-friendly design, basic SEO, standard contact options and one revision round. Estimated delivery: 3–7 days after all required materials and approvals are received.
Express — $200. A website with up to three pages and 12 content sections total, including the Home page and two standard pages of the client’s choice, with full English and Spanish translation, mobile-friendly design, basic SEO, standard contact options and one revision round. Estimated delivery: 24–48 hours after all required materials and approvals are received.
Custom — starting at $500. Fully customized website work. Galleries, animations, booking, payments, stores, specialized forms, and other advanced features may be available. Features, third-party expenses, number of revisions, final price, and delivery dates are determined by the approved project quote.
Website setup and publication assistance are included as described in the agreed package. The listed package prices are website design fees, not the purchase price of a domain or a promise that every outside service will be free.
When delivery times begin
The delivery timeline starts only after Sinzel Studio has received the agreed payment, the approved layout or design direction, and all required business information, copy, images and account access. Missing materials, delayed approvals, scope changes or outside providers may extend the timeline. The stated Essential (3–7 days) and Express (24–48 hours) timelines cover the website work within the agreed scope; domain activation, DNS propagation, account or business verification and some external booking/payment integrations may take longer. Custom delivery is agreed per project. All listed delivery windows are estimates based on normal production conditions. Unexpected outages or interruptions involving hosting, deployment, payment, email, domain, or other third-party services on which the work depends can delay development, testing, or launch. We will communicate material delays and, when relevant public records exist, share the provider’s incident notice or status report upon request. Not all outages are publicly documented, and a provider-wide notice may not prove an individual website was affected.
Payments, cancellations, and refunds
Website projects submitted through our online checkout use a single payment for the full one-time project amount, including selected fixed-price add-ons. Stripe authorizes the full amount at checkout, but Sinzel Studio does not collect it until the project is reviewed and approved. Upon approval, we capture the full amount before work begins. If we decline the project, we cancel the authorization. Once work has begun, project payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or otherwise agreed in writing. Separately quoted work follows the accepted written agreement.
Online project submissions and authorization holds. When you choose “Submit Project for Review,” Stripe may authorize the displayed one-time amount without immediately collecting it. Your bank may show a pending transaction or temporarily reduce your available balance. We review your project before capturing funds. If we cannot accept your project, we cancel the authorization; the issuing bank controls how quickly the hold is released. A different total or added services require your approval before a new or revised payment is authorized. Requesting a free quote does not require a payment method or reserve a production slot. Optional monthly care plans are not activated or charged through this one-time project checkout.
To cancel a project, contact Sinzel Studio in writing. Requests are assessed based on the accepted agreement, services actually performed, nonrecoverable approved third-party expenses, and applicable law. Completed design services and delivered management services generally are not refundable; prepayments for services not provided are handled as the agreement and law require. Charges collected by third-party providers are subject to those providers’ policies. Temporary third-party service interruptions or resulting delays alone do not create an automatic right to a refund. This provision does not exclude remedies required by law or relieve Sinzel of responsibility for its own failure to perform agreed services.
Revisions and post-delivery corrections
Essential and Express each include one revision round, meaning one consolidated list of reasonable adjustments within the agreed design and content scope. Extra rounds, additional pages, new functions, or substantial redesigns may require a separate quote and approval. If you notice an error in the original website build, contact us within seven days after delivery so we can review it. An original-build issue within the agreed scope is different from a new revision or feature request.
Domain, hosting, and third-party costs
Your domain and hosting account belong to your business. Our standard launch process uses a domain registered in your name and a hosting account you create and control (typically Cloudflare). Sinzel Studio can guide you through account creation and domain connection and can deploy the approved website using authorized collaborator access. Please invite us through the provider's access controls when available; do not send account passwords through intake forms.
We may build and preview your website in a Sinzel Studio development account. Before final launch we normally publish it in your own hosting account. If temporary hosting under a Sinzel-controlled account is expressly agreed, we will coordinate the handoff or redeployment into your account. Sending a website ZIP is not the same as transferring a live hosting account, domain, database or third-party integrations. Access, DNS configuration, provider setup, and any applicable service migration are handled as described in the accepted project scope.
Cloudflare may offer free static hosting within its limits, but provider eligibility, costs, terms, and availability can change. Domains, email delivery, booking tools, payment processors, databases, paid hosting features, and similar third-party services may charge separate fees. We will explain and seek approval before enabling a paid third-party service on your behalf. Provider fees are not included unless expressly stated in your quote.
Optional website care
Self-Managed — $0/month to Sinzel. Initial launch support and a full ZIP of the finished website files are included with your website project. After handoff, you manage hosting, updates, backups, troubleshooting, and maintenance independently. This option does not include ongoing Sinzel support. Sinzel is not responsible for issues caused by later changes or circumstances outside its reasonable control, but remains responsible for its own work as applicable law and the project agreement require.
Sinzel Care — $29/month. Managed website hosting administration through a third-party provider such as Cloudflare, one monthly backup of the website's code and included static assets, and basic technical assistance for the website originally developed. Support is handled as availability permits. New content, redesigns, and additional development are billed separately.
Sinzel Care Plus — $49/month. Everything in Care, plus a separate monthly website health checkup (visible desktop/mobile appearance, navigation, relevant links, images and basic contact functions where testable), priority technical assistance, and one of two options each billing month: (A) four simple changes to existing text, images, prices, hours, descriptions, links or similar content; or (B) one limited visual refresh of up to three existing sections on a single existing page, including mobile adjustments and one revision. Corresponding English and Spanish content counts as one change. The two update options cannot be combined during the same cycle and unused benefits do not roll over.
A page refresh uses existing content and functionality. Whole-site redesigns, new pages, major structural work, new features, complex integrations and unlimited troubleshooting are excluded and may be separately quoted. A website checkup is not a backup or security audit. Backups cover website code and included static assets, not external customer data, booking records, payment records or other providers' systems. Recovery is attempted when technically possible and is not guaranteed.
Monthly billing and cancellation. Care subscriptions recur monthly according to the agreed billing arrangement. You may request cancellation in writing before your next renewal to stop future monthly charges, subject to the agreement. The current paid period generally remains active; unused time is not automatically refunded except as required by law or the agreement. Canceling Sinzel Care does not cancel your domain or automatically take down a website hosted in your own account. After the paid management period ends, you take over updates, backups, and troubleshooting and can remove Sinzel's collaborator access. If we have been hosting a site temporarily in an account we control, we will coordinate the agreed handoff or redeployment; maintaining an active domain, provider account and any paid services is your responsibility. Additional migration work outside the agreed handoff is quoted in advance and requires approval.
Subscription price changes. We may adjust recurring care prices with at least 30 days' advance written notice stating the new price and effective date. Existing subscribers may cancel before the increase takes effect. Price increases are not retroactive and are subject to applicable law, required consent, and any expressly agreed price guarantees.
Ownership, content, and permission
After full payment, every client receives a complete ZIP of the finished website code and included project assets, regardless of care plan. Client-owned brand materials, content, domain and client-controlled service accounts remain the client's. The completed website deliverables are governed by the accepted agreement, third-party licenses, and Sinzel Studio's retained rights to pre-existing templates, reusable components, tools, and general design methods. The ZIP does not include live hosting access, account credentials, or data held by booking, payment, email, or other external providers; those services require their own accounts and configurations. Clients must have permission to use submitted materials. We ask permission before publicly showcasing a completed client project.
Other services, including Lead Radar
Optional one-time services include simple Logo & Branding ($35), Website Image Sourcing ($15), Google Search Console setup assistance ($49), and Google Business Profile setup assistance ($50). The Google tools are free; these prices cover Sinzel setup work. A Business Profile is available only to eligible businesses that meet Google’s in-person customer contact requirements, and indexing, search placement and verification are controlled by Google. Additional unique website pages ($60 each, with English and Spanish included), additional sections ($35 each), and extra revision rounds ($25) are available beyond package limits. Booking or payment connections start at $50 if compatible; advanced inquiry forms start at $75; e-commerce stores are quoted individually. External platform charges are separate and disclosed before approval. Google Business Profile verification, placement, approval, and search visibility are not guaranteed. Lead Radar provides research about potential business prospects using available data and automated analysis where applicable. Listings may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate; they are not confirmed buyers or guarantees of replies or sales. Lead Radar pricing, quantities, subscription terms, and delivery method are defined by its applicable offer or agreement, not by the website-package prices above.
Clients using prospect information are responsible for complying with relevant contact, consent, marketing, and privacy rules. Sinzel Studio retains its independent Lead Radar workflows, automations, templates, and research methods unless a written agreement expressly transfers them.
Client responsibilities and service limitations
Clients provide accurate information, authorized materials, timely decisions, and necessary account access. We develop for common modern browsers and screen sizes but cannot guarantee identical appearance on all devices, particular search rankings, revenue, conversions, or approval by outside services. Sinzel cannot control Cloudflare or other third-party outages, security incidents, policy changes, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control. We may assist under the applicable plan and available backups, but uninterrupted availability and full restoration are not guaranteed. A third-party outage alone does not create a refund entitlement for completed design or management work, except as required by law or the accepted agreement. These terms do not excuse failures caused by our own work or waive consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
Updates and contact
We may change advertised prices for future projects without altering accepted fixed-price agreements. Existing recurring care plans are subject to the 30-day written price-change notice described above. Questions, cancellations and notices may be sent to info@sinzelstudio.com.
