Essential ($100) is one complete scrolling page with up to 4 sections. Express ($200) includes up to 3 pages and 12 sections total. Every package includes complete English and Spanish website translation, mobile-friendly design, basic SEO and standard contact options. Custom websites start at $500, with features and timing set by your quote.

We use a collection of customizable layouts and an efficient design process. That lets us personalize the look and content for your business without rebuilding every page from scratch.

Essential takes 3–7 days; Express takes 24–48 hours. The clock starts only after your payment, approved design selection and all required business details, text, photos and account access have been received. Waiting for missing information, approvals, domain activation, an outside booking service or unexpected provider outages can add time. Custom delivery is quoted separately. If a provider publicly documents an outage affecting production, we can share the incident notice when available.

Once work begins, payments are non-refundable except where required by law or otherwise agreed in writing. A documented third-party outage or related delay does not automatically entitle a client to a refund. See our Terms of Service.

Yes. Complete English and Spanish translation is included with every website package at no additional cost. Three website pages means three unique pages, with each available in both languages. An extra page includes its translation too.

Many simple static sites qualify for a free Cloudflare hosting tier, depending on requirements and provider limits. Free hosting is not guaranteed indefinitely. Domains are purchased and renewed separately; advanced Cloudflare services or other integrations may have monthly, annual, per-transaction or usage-based costs. We discuss them before you authorize a paid service.

No. Care is optional. Self-Managed ($0/month to Sinzel) means you manage the website after handoff. Sinzel Care ($29/month) provides managed hosting, monthly code backups and basic technical assistance. Care Plus ($49/month) adds a monthly health checkup, priority assistance and four content changes OR a limited page refresh each billing month. See our Hosting & Website Care page for details.

Yes, your hosting account should be in your business's name. We'll guide you through creating a Cloudflare account, connecting your domain and launching your site. We can first build a preview on our workspace, then publish it in your account. You can invite us as a collaborator instead of sharing your login details.

Yes. Your domain is purchased separately and registered in your name; Sinzel Studio earns no commission on its purchase or renewal. Your hosting account should also be in your name. After full payment, you receive the completed site ZIP, subject to the agreement and third-party licenses. The ZIP does not automatically transfer a live hosting account or third-party integrations. Maintenance is optional; canceling it will not automatically remove the site from your own account.

Extra unique pages ($60 each, including English and Spanish), additional sections ($35 each), logo design ($35), advanced forms (from $75), booking/payment connections (from $50), e-commerce (custom quote) and optional monthly care can cost extra. If you already use booking software, we will check whether it can connect before quoting a setup fee. Any booking subscriptions or transaction fees are paid to that provider, not Sinzel.

Yes. Home is included, and you can choose the two other standard pages, such as Services, Gallery, About or Contact. Swapping a page is free; a fourth page is $60, including English and Spanish translation.

SEO means making your website easier for search engines to understand. We add clear page titles, descriptions and an organized website structure. Google chooses if and when your site appears; first-page rankings are never guaranteed. Google Search Setup is an optional service that helps connect your website to Google’s search tools.

Possibly. Tell us which booking or payment platform you already use. We will check whether your website can connect with it and explain our setup cost before proceeding. Your existing subscription, processing fees or other platform charges remain between you and that provider.

Essential and Express include one consolidated revision round. Original-build defects reported within seven days after delivery are reviewed for correction. Further revisions, redesigns, ongoing support, and new features are separate unless covered by a plan.

Yes. Google offers Business Profiles at no charge. Our $50 service covers setup and verification assistance. Google controls verification timing and approval. Only eligible businesses that interact with customers in person qualify.
