Privacy Policy
Sinzel LLC policies and information.
Our commitment to your information
Sinzel LLC, doing business as Sinzel Studio ("Sinzel Studio," "we," or "us"), operates sinzelstudio.com and provides website design, optional website care, and business prospect research services such as Lead Radar. This policy explains the information we handle when you visit our site, send an inquiry, become a client, or appear in business research results.
Information we collect
Information you share. When you contact us or request services, we may receive your name, email, optional telephone number, business details, requested service and maintenance preference, project description, communications, and materials you choose to provide (such as copy, logos, images, and hosting collaboration details). We prefer secure provider invitations for account access and do not ask you to submit account passwords through our forms. An optional project intake form may request additional information needed to design your site.
Online project payments. When you choose to authorize a payment for project review, our payment processor Stripe collects the card and billing details necessary to authorize the displayed amount. Sinzel Studio receives the transaction reference, authorization status, itemized order, and limited customer and project details needed for review and billing, but not your full card number. Authorization holds may appear temporarily in your account before any payment is captured. Quote requests do not require card details.
Service and billing records. If you become a client, we may maintain estimates, invoices, payment status, project files, approved revisions, domain or hosting coordination details, support requests, and correspondence. Payment providers generally process payment credentials; please do not send card details through our contact form.
Technical information. Our hosting and security providers may automatically process IP addresses, approximate location inferred from IP, device or browser details, referral information, request timestamps, and website activity logs to deliver and protect the site.
Lead Radar business information. Our prospect research service may use publicly available business listings, business websites, professional contact details, social profiles, online reviews, and other information available through data sources. Some business information may identify an individual, such as a sole proprietor or publicly listed contact person. Findings may include automated assessments and are not guaranteed to be accurate.
How we use information
We use information to answer inquiries, prepare estimates, communicate about projects, create and maintain websites, coordinate approved integrations and accounts, provide optional maintenance, fulfill Lead Radar research requests, send project-related updates, administer payments, prevent misuse, keep necessary business records, and comply with applicable obligations.
When information is shared
We may share information with providers only as needed to operate the site or provide an agreed service. These can include Cloudflare (hosting), our email provider, Jotform (optional project intake), Formspree (contact-form delivery if activated), payment or invoicing providers, WhatsApp if you contact us there, and approved domain, booking, or other integration providers. Their services are subject to their own privacy practices.
For Lead Radar, business research results may be delivered to the client who requested the research. Those results can contain public business contact information. We do not treat a Lead Radar listing as evidence that the business has consented to outreach or is interested in purchasing anything. We do not share the information you submit in a Sinzel Studio inquiry form as a Lead Radar prospect list solely because you contacted us.
We may disclose information if reasonably necessary to comply with legal requirements, protect rights and security, or handle a legitimate business transfer, subject to applicable law.
Cookies and third-party websites
This version of the website is a static site; it does not include a dedicated advertising-tracker or analytics script in its current build. Hosting services may use technical measures and logs for security and operation. Third-party sites, forms, videos, and messaging services linked from our website may use their own cookies or tracking technologies. Browser settings may let you restrict cookies. If additional analytics or advertising technologies are introduced, this policy should be updated to reflect them.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including project completion, support, duplicate detection for Lead Radar, tax/accounting records, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security. Please avoid sending sensitive passwords or payment credentials through an unprotected message or contact form.
Your choices and requests
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we maintain about you, or to raise a concern about business information contained in Lead Radar. We will review requests in light of applicable law and records we may need to retain. You may also stop communicating with us or decline optional forms or services.
Our services are intended for businesses and adults; we do not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13. Our site may link to independent third-party websites whose privacy practices we do not control.
Updates and contact
We may revise this policy as our services or tools change. The update date above identifies this version. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to info@sinzelstudio.com.
